Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied
Once your application has been received, it will be reviewed by our Hiring Manager.
- Stage 2
1st Interview
Your first interview may be face to face, by telephone or by Teams call.
- Stage 3
2nd Interview
Depending on the role we may invite you to a second interview. If we need you to do any specific preparation for this, we'll let you know when we invite you in.
- Stage 4
Plant Tour
For site based roles, you are likely to be invited to look around with a member of the team, to get a better feel for the role and where you would be working.
- Stage 5
Offer
Your offer and contract will be sent to you for review and you'll be able to sign and return this to us on line.
- Stage 6
Hired
Once you've accepted our offer the HR team will start the onboarding process with you which includes backgrounds screening checks, pre employment medicals for site roles and collation of documentation e.g. proof of qualifications, right to work documentation etc.
If all goes to plan we will look forward to meeting you in person during your day one HR induction.
